The purpose of processing personal data
Identification of customers in the Internet based booking according to data provided by the customer. RG Line also uses the data for customer relations and marketing purposes.

Sources of information
Customer information and marketing permit is received by the customer at registration and/or update of data on the Internet.

Disclosing information
Information will not be disclosed to external parties from the register without customer acceptance, except to authorities on a legal basis.

Handling and protection
A limited number of RG Lines employees with job tasks related to register maintenance and customer relations have access to the computer stored customer register. Access requires login with own usernames and passwords. Data is not stored in paper format.

The customers have access to their contact information through RG Lines Internet pages for viewing and updating data (the responsibility for the accuracy of the data is on the customer). Access requires login with customer number and a password chosen by the customer. The customer is responsible for keeping this login data from outsiders. If outsiders have access to mentioned data RG Line is not responsible for possible misuse of the personal data. The customer can in writing request customer data to be removed from the register. All stored data will then be removed within two weeks.

The booking system in which the frequent traveller register is stored is protected with a firewall.
